Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your session fees for therapy?
    Individual session: $170 for a 50 minute hour‍ Couple session: $185 for a 55 minute session‍ Family session: $200 for a 55 minute session‍ *I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone consult for new clients*
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, check, HSA, and all major credit cards. We use a HIPAA, PHI, and BAA compliant payment system through Simple Practice to process all credit card payments. Please make checks payable to Hopewell Counseling PLLC. NOTE: Insufficient funds will be charged a $50 fee.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I do not process insurance payments and therefore I am considered an out-of-network provider. Please consult with your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network reimbursement rates. If you decide to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, I would be happy to provide you with the paperwork that is needed.
  • What is your cancellation / no show policy?
    I respect your time and ask that you respect mine as well. To maintain a professional practice and ensure availability for all clients who need support, I kindly request: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment For Monday appointments, please notify me by Friday at 5pm The full session fee will apply to late cancellations or missed appointments I understand unexpected emergencies happen - please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation personally Any outstanding balances need to be resolved before scheduling your next appointment
