Fees & Policies

Fees

Individual session: $160 for a 50 minute hour

Couple session: $180 for a 55 minute session

Family session: $200 for a 55 minute session

*I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone consult for new clients*

Payment methods

I accept cash, check, HSA, and all major credit cards.  I use a HIPAA, PHI, and BAA compliant payment system through Simple Practice to process all credit card payments.
Please make checks payable to Hopewell Counseling PLLC.    *Insufficient funds will be charged a $50 fee. *  

Insurance

I do not process insurance payments and therefore I am considered an out-of-network provider.  Please consult with your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network reimbursement rates. If you decide to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, I would be happy to provide you with the paperwork that is needed.  

Cancelations/No shows

Please allow at least 24 hours notice before your appointment , or by Friday at 5pm for Monday appointments,  to cancel to avoid a late penalty of the FULL SESSION FEE.  Sometimes, life happens, and I understand.  In the case of an emergency or unforeseeable occurrence please contact me so we can discuss the situation personally.

If a client fails to come to an appointment he or she will be charged the FULL SESSION FEE. Clients are responsible to pay the outstanding balance prior to re-scheduling.
